Ready to wear: Please check the product description to see if your product is 'ready to wear'. Allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and dispatched. All UK orders will be charged a delivery fee of £10 which will be sent via royal mail special delivery guaranteed next day. A tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted.
Made to order: Please check the product description to see if your item is made to order. Allow up to 4 weeks for completion of the item and then a further 1-2 days for delivery. All shipping costs are included in the pricing.
Bespoke pieces: If you are ordering a bespoke piece please allow up to 3 months (this can be shorter depending on the complexity of the design) for completion from when the design has been finalised. A 50% deposit will be required upfront with the other 50% upon completion before being posted. If you are interested in getting in contact to discuss a bespoke piece, please contact us at clatimer.designs@gmail.com .
Returns: Bespoke and personalised pieces - this includes engraved items - are non-refundable unless faulty.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase we offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days purchasing the item.
Alternatively, a refund will be made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging , within 14 working days of receiving the order . All Postage is to be covered by the buyer.
If your piece of jewellery arrives damaged when you receive it , please take pictures and send us an email to with your order number and the name of the product.
Ring doesn't fit? We understand it can be difficult to get your ring size right (especially when buying for someone else) so we offer one complimentary re-sizing, however, we do ask that you cover the cost of the postage. Any further necessary resizing will be charged at £25 plus postage.
Ring Making Workshop – Booking Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable Booking
Once a specific date is booked, your place is non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend for any reason, you can transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability).
Rescheduling Policy
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
- With 48+ hours’ notice, you can move your booking to another available date.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice or a no-show will result in your booking being marked as redeemed.
Transferring Your Place
If you can’t make it, you're welcome to send someone else in your place. Just let us know their name ahead of time.

In rare cases (like illness or low bookings), we may need to reschedule. If that happens, we’ll get in touch and offer you a new date at no extra cost.
Ring Making Workshop Voucher – Terms & Conditions
Voucher Validity
This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.
Booking
- Booking is essential. Please contact us in advance to secure your workshop date.
- Bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
- To redeem your voucher, quote the unique voucher code when booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.
- One date change is permitted per voucher, subject to availability.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named, unless otherwise agreed.
Workshop Inclusions
- The voucher includes materials for one sterling silver ring and guided tuition during the workshop.
- Additional materials, upgrades, or customisations may incur an extra fee, payable on the day.
Health & Safety
- All participants must follow the safety instructions provided during the workshop.
- Please wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair for your safety.
Age Restrictions
Participants must be 16 years or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Liability
We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop.
Changes to Workshops
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, low enrolment). In such cases, you will be offered a new date.
